- Not paid properly, or pressured to work for free: Fair Work Ombudsman on 13 13 94. Your visa status doesn't stop you getting help.
- Hurt at work: tell the employer, see a doctor and keep the paperwork.
Common questions
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Check spam and promotions for an email from signin@backtopack.com. Codes work for 10 minutes. If nothing turns up after a couple of minutes, ask for a new one. After 5 codes in an hour you'll need to wait.
My days don't look right
Days only count if the work is specified work for your visa, in the right postcode, and paid. Tap a day in My days to see why it does or doesn't count. The checker runs the same rules on any job.
A job or employer looks dodgy
Tap Report on the job. Asking you for money to start, holding your passport or paying cash below award are all red flags. Tap Hide this employer and you won't see each other again.
A room looks like a scam
Tap Report on the listing. Never pay a deposit for a room you haven't seen. The warnings on the housing page cover the common tricks.
I'm an employer and a worker caused trouble
On your jobs page tap Report or Block under their name. Blocked workers can't see or apply to your jobs.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in on My days and tap Delete my account at the bottom. Everything goes straight away. The privacy page has the detail.
Can you tell me if my visa will be granted?
